Dex Hoelle
Dex is a 5th generation Napa Valley | Sonoma Valley native, who brings vast knowledge of the area, and history to the table. His strong educational background in Business and Marketing led him to excel through high-level positions in the hospitality industry, working alongside world-renowned Restaurateurs over the course of a decade. Along the way, Dex dabbled in personal Real Estate, which quickly became his passion and full-time career focus.
Dex partnered with Ginger Martin in the Summer of 2022, where he contributes a diverse approach to luxury real estate. He’s highly technical and ambitious, with phenomenal expertise in the art of marketing, bringing fresh perspective, continuity, and a wealth of creativity to the Ginger Martin team.
He’s a dedicated professional with a proven record of success, and continues to add to our community through his philanthropic work, serving underprivileged children worldwide as the Assistant Director for non-profit, Project K.I.K.S (Kind Initiative for Kids Shoes), as well as the Veterans Home of Yountville.
