Meet Kristin Land

Kristin Land brings over 20 years of real estate experience to Ginger Martin + Co.  She joined Ginger’s luxury residential real estate team in 2017 and supports Ginger in all aspects of her brand by providing a smooth and exceptional experience for her clientele.  Kristin is known for her superior organization skills, optimism, and can-do attitude.

Kristin graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. She has a strong background in sales, transaction management, and human resources. She began her luxury real estate career in 2003 working with Pacific Union and Alain Pinel REALTORS®, and prior to joining Ginger’s team, she worked with Sotheby’s International Realty as Office Administrator. She supported 85+ agents in daily operations of the three Wine Country Offices.

Kristin volunteers for the Sonoma Film Festival, Luther Burbank Center, and is an advocate for human rights groups including Human Rights Commission (HRC), The Trevor Project, GLAAD, and Positive Images. Kristin and her family are long-time supporters of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).  She enjoys gardening and musical theater in her free time.
